What this site is
SYP Vending is a UK company building a product that is still in development. If you are a venue, partner or investor who would like to help make it real, get in touch. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities, or a contract to sell or partner. The machines, flasks, totes and placement scenes shown are concept renders; no depicted machine, venue, drink, price, performance or partnership is confirmed. Conversations about investing in, partnering with or hosting SYP happen directly, under their own terms — email hello@sypvending.co.uk. Figures about plastic waste are quoted from the sources named beside them and on the credits page; we summarise those sources but are not responsible for their content.
Mailing list and contact form
Both are currently previews: nothing you type is sent or stored. When they open, how we handle what you submit is set out in the privacy notice. Terms for the proposed creator programme (artwork on flasks and totes) will be published separately before it opens; nothing on this site is an invitation to submit work under any particular terms yet.
Who owns what
The SYP name, mark, copy, concept art and the design of this site belong to SYPVENDING LIMITED. Documentary photographs belong to the photographers credited on the credits page and are used under the licences stated there; Creative Commons images may be reused under their own licence terms. You may link to this site and quote from it for comment or review with attribution. Please do not copy the concept art or present it as your own.
Accuracy and liability
We keep the site accurate to the best of our knowledge and mark anything unverified as such, but it is provided as is, for information, without any promise that it is complete or current. We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it, except where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded. Links to other websites are provided for reference; we do not control them.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the project develops; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Questions: hello@sypvending.co.uk.
